Successfully completing a Bloc-Aid course builds levels of contentment, confidence and self-esteem that many Bloc-Aid clients will not previously have experienced.

We also aim to spread goodwill between the young people of London`s estates by involving them on courses that cross over the barriers that have, insidiously, grown up around them. BLOC-Aid will promote communication and a sense of shared interests between participants.

Boundaries that are not of their making prevent many young people from accessing the positive future that should rightfully be theirs. Bloc-Aid is tearing down those boundaries and barriers and helping to build unity and cohesion.

In the Gym

Welcome to the BLOC-Aid web site. Here you will find out who we are, what we do and, importantly, why we do it.

The team behind BLOC-Aid have been involved for many years in providing alternative paths in education, dealing mainly with young people for whom conventional education models have not been the most effective.

So far our efforts have been focused around the London Boxing Academy and its provision of courses and classes for those who have found it difficult to settle into conventional schools.

The primary aim of extending our services with BLOC-Aid is to enrich the lives of young people aged 13 -19. We deliver personal development based courses that lead to tangible outcomes that have a positive, ongoing, feel-good effect on participants.
